Before onboarding, the following licenses must be acquired and installed for each Teams calling user:
- Teams Phone Standard (Default License)
- Voice Routing Policy (Call routing Policy)
- Global (Org-wide default) Policy
- To purchase the Team Phone Standard license, go to your Organization Portal and select 'Marketplace.
- Once you are in the “Marketplace” tab, search for "Microsoft Teams Phone Standard" and click on "Details.
- Buy License
- To select the number of licenses you wish to purchase, adjust the quantity before proceeding to checkout.
